A simple, cylinder bronze vase with mottled green surface and gold-plated, hand-carved bamboo design gracing the side, a symbol of prosperity.
Waterproofed for use as a vase, but you can enjoy it without flowers, too. Comes in a designed carton box.
Care is easy - just make sure there is no moisture left on it. Wiping with a dry cloth is enough.
 
About the artist
*Hozan Yamamoto (First generation) was born in 1878
*Established his own bronze workshop in September of 1908 and dedicated his life for the development of the Takaoka bronze work and nurturing of his apprentices
*Second Generation Hozan Yamamoto was born in 1902
*Succeeded to his father's bronze workshop as second generation
*Received an award of merit of traditional industrial art, designated by the Minister of Trade and Industry on November 10, 1975
